Indigo Shield
The indigo shield protects Gatelanders from too many visitors invading.
How can you avoid it?

Wait at least 60 seconds between your posts.*

If you are a roleplayer (you only do roleplay, and don't use many short posts), you can ask to be smiled upon by a Gateland guard. Once smiled upon, the Indigo shield will no longer attack you. (But if a guard frowns upon you, you will once again be vulnerable.)
* If the Indigo Shield is extremely strong, you may need to wait five minutes between posts. If the shield is at full strength, non-Gatelanders will not be able to post. In this case, your only option is to find the protection of a guard.
** The shield deactivates when the active population of the Gatelands drops below 40.
Like other shields, the indigo shield can damage you and potentially kill you.
